Food is always great. Good friendly service.Try their pancakes amazing. A good tip if u want to be greedy like me is, i order a breakfast and order pancake from the kids meal for smaller portions..

The waitress was less than attentive. We got 1/2 of our order. But of course the entire order was on the bill. She brought the breakfast out like it was dinner appetizer then main course. Coffee was a waste of cup washing. Just horrible. The decor was cool- old milk jugs and cans.

The menu said mini pancakes baker dozen and they were the size of a silver dollar but they were huge and they only gave me 11 pancakes not 13 and I got bacon 2 minutes before I left.#☹️but the food was okay.#😀

Great breakfast food with lovely poached and sunnyside up eggs. The bacon is full of flavor and the pancakes were so fluffy. The place has a great atmosphere and good seating.

Great food pancakes nice a fluffy. Home friends were soft and cook through. Hubby had the cinnamon bun pancakes said they were great

Food was good but they seem to be a little pushy rushing people out.

Food was cold, service was terrible, and the syrup tasted like it was watered down. A farcry from the restaurant they used to be.

there's always a super cool sand sculpture outside of this place in the summer. the sculpture is almost as cool as the line outside of this place is long. don't let that dissuade you, it moves pretty fast. the staff here is young but the food is always delicious. the pancakes are plentiful, the omelettes and skillets will always fill you up. this place is well worth it and reasonably priced. we can't miss a pancake man stop at least once a year on vacation at the cape.

I was pleased to be seated right away but I was disappointed to get my breakfast nachos that didn't match the description on the menu. Don't get me wrong, they were still tasty, but the menu said black beans and corn. They had neither but had bell peppers and onions (which weren't listed as ingredients). Kids' portions were perfectly sized for them. Had to ask for coffee refills which at a breakfast joint I was surprised by. All tasty, just not a 5 star experience.

I ordered chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. They were delicious and filling. I couldn't finish them. As you entered, I was greeted by a hostess who was very friendly. Our server was nice and the price was fine.

My daughter loves this place...why, I couldn't say. The food is good enough. Portions are nothing special. Prices are comparable to other similar breakfast spots. For a place called "The Pancake Man" their pancakes leave a little to be desired. It's centrally located in Yarmouth.... about the best thing I can say for it.I don't hate it...just nowhere near my favorite.

The food was good, got the veggie skillet, it was reasonably prices and tastey. My friend got the red white and blue french toast, it's french toast made with blueberry muffin bread...amazing. I gave it three stars because I am vegetarian and found a piece of meat in my food.

Great food, as well as atmosphere. Appropriate for any age group and size party. The server was pleasant, efficient and the food was great! The business was steady, but the food came out quickly. The breakfast was plentiful, appealing to the eye and more than I could finish.

Planning another visit so that I may explore more exciting flavors of pancakes! Enjoy pancakes, waffles, burgers, fries, even vegan options!! The food is fantastic and comes out quickly. The ambiance is a bit noisy but the food is absolutely worth it. The OJ is fresh squeezed and absolutely amazing. The portions are very big on most pancake plates and the menu is very varied. I've been coming here for years and will always keep coming back.

Great breakfast food, great staff and nice ambiance. Was here for a family vacation with wife and 3 kids and all loved it, even bought a shirt and coffee mug!

Excellent!!! I did a large take out order, and as always the food was great! So many options, I could eat there everyday while on vacation. They even helped me carry it to my car. See ya next year!

Well first off, they told me that there was no more takeout. Even though people were coming in to pick up their food because they ordered takeout. Then the waitress gave us attitude saying that they were way too busy to even suggest takeout which was a lie. Then I ordered water and it had food floating in it. Plus, the cup had scum on the outside. Then when I went to give a generous tip to the waitress, she said “just give it to the front”. Very rude service and uncleaned dish ware.

Very nice place, the servers is it a great, it’s a little bit busy in the morning. And the food is great they have desserts too. Definitely you should try the pancakes specially the blueberry ones.

3.5 - 4 star: Waitress is friendly and provide attentive service. I got the cinnuful pancake and my cousin ordered the breakfast burger. Cinnuful pancake tastes very good, similar to cinnamon bun (w/o the icing).

Overpriced, overrated food. Not worth the trip, especially when the wait is always 1hr+. Celtic kitchen is a far superior option.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. Incredibly unsanitary (which is especially terrible during COVID-19). The table was not wiped down nor disinfected before we were seated, utensils were not covered in plastic wrapping (only a napkin) and placed DIRECTLY on the dirty table, and the bathroom floor was sticky and crowded (no limits on number of people allowed in the restroom). The manager and a majority of the workers (save our waitress) were blunt, rude, and would not accommodate our safety requests, pressuring us to be seated and to pay. Staff hovered over us and stared uncomfortably while we attempted to pay the check and the tip. Food was passable, ambiance was terrible. Save yourself the terrible service and potential virus.

One of our favorite places to go every time we are on the Cape, it's consistently delicious breakfast food served by really friendly staff. Love the red-white-and-blue pancakes. Coffee is great, as well as the fresh-squeezed orange juice.

Super little restaurant with a homely feel. Really nice staff and really good food.100% need to check this place out. Doesn't feel like a chain restaurant which is really nice. Old style decor but new style food. Overall well worth 5 stars.

Took the family here for the first time. I first went to the Pancake Man 22 years ago and it is as good as I remember! Food was great, service was fantastic!!! Can't wait to come back again

Amazing Banana Walnut Pancakes Blueberry muffin french toast, & sticky bun waffles! The hostess is super nice & friendly as well as the wait staff! Look forward to going back when were back in town!

What a great place to have breakfast especially before going on the rail trail for the day ! The service was super fast , the place has old cape cod charm ! Used to visit it when I was a kid in the 80’s now my kids love this old charming establishment.

Great menu with lots of old favorites and some new twists. I had the breakfast quesadilla which was a large portion and delicious. Potatoes were great. Service was excellent!!

Fun, simple, old school style diner with totally awesome PANCAKES!! Lots of creative non pancake pancake menu options too. Great for families with younger children. The fresh squeezed OJ was delicious and they make a mean Bloody Mary! Our server was delightfully kind. I was served an entirely different meal than I ordered (Portuguese eggs Benny and got the Florentine instead) and the eggs were hard poached. I'm usually not one to send food back so as not to waste, but the manager came over and insisted it be switched out. A fresh new meal was in front of me in less than 5 minutes! I was able to eat with my family and both the manger and the server were beyond apologetic and accommodating. We'll definitely be back here next summer!

I was very pleased with my experience here at the pancake man. I ordered the garden veggie omelet. It was cooked to perfection and left me wanting more. The service was fast and the waitress was friendly. I would recommend this place to any friend and would come back again.

Saw this place on Chronicle and I must say they did not disappoint. Satiated our savoury as well as sweet tastes.The cinful pancake = scrumptious - soft and fluffy. Also had the French toast, strawberry waffle and some omelettes - Mexican omelet with🥑 and sour cream was #1🤤😋And our waitress, Alex (hope I spelt it right 🤔) was the best 👍👏. She was sweet, super friendly and very nice.
